My experience was incredibly frustrating. The hotel staff seemed uninterested, rarely greeting us in hallways or offering assistance when needed. Our request for a high chair at breakfast required repeated follow-ups, and cleanliness throughout the rooms was appalling, with stains and drawings on the walls. the pools were in dire need of maintenance, making them uninviting and disappointing.

Positive, The thermal pools are a must-try, especially the outdoor one open until 11 p.m.! Breakfast by the pool was delightful, and the staff, especially Benda Kulan, provided exceptional service throughout my stay. This place truly felt like a relaxing retreat.

The hotel served an epic breakfast, and the coffee was pretty solid. Managed to snag some killer Italian pasta nearby that left me craving more. Benda Kulan, the staff member, was a gem, always making sure her guests felt at home.

While the hotel has potential, it's stuck in the past—like a charming old book with some dog-eared pages. The pool shuts down early, and the bar’s fun factor is low. It’s a trek for top-notch eats outside, but at least the cab rides add a dash of excitement.

The stay was mainly about enjoying a relaxing getaway, and the thermal pools were definitely the highlight. It was convenient to unwind after a day spent exploring the nearby Inciralti City Forest and enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings. The breakfast spread was also impressive, offering a good variety to kickstart the day.

The staff's outstanding service, especially from Benda Kulan, added a personal touch and created a welcoming atmosphere! Room amenities were excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay.

This spot was super classy and had a totally chill atmosphere. The thermal pools were perfect for unwinding after a long drive. Breakfast was awesome, too! Wish the normal pool was open later, though. big shoutout to the staff for being friendly, especially the bar area had great drinks. Definitely a relaxing getaway!

Staying in the Deluxe Room was pretty nice! It was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. I really enjoyed the view from the room and the comfort level was excellent. The thermal pools nearby were a bonus too, perfect for relaxation after exploring. Just wish the WiFi had been more reliable, but overall, my experience was pleasant.

Do recommend for a lightning stop.
